DU Prison Arts Initiative
Developed and taught The Right To Speak with the DU Prison Arts Initiative. Coursework explored creative expression, personal communication and the self through the lens of classical theatre training methods (specifically voice, speech and text). More largely, this course provided incarcerated men access to a working ensemble and equipped them with creative expression, communication, and self advocacy skills.

Directed and produced final presentations of work with DU PAI and facility staff for staff, family and fellow inmates
Facilities included: Limon Correctional Facility, Arkansas Valley Correctional Facility; course performance led to wait lists

Brookdale Senior Living
Piloted The Theatre Group, an evidence-based creativity and aging program that used oral history and new works development best practices to equip participants with ensemble-based devising and performance skills.

Partnered with DU’s Knoebel Institute for Healthy Aging to produce intergenerational, multimedia performance piece featured at opening of Knoebel Institute

Kings College London
Designed and led qualitative research with the Diversity Team at PriceWaterhouseCoopers London to enhance their in-house corporate mentor program.
OUTCOMES
• Employed qualitative research, grounded theory, and systems approaches to gather and analyze data
• Translated findings into simple, practical recommendations
• Presented evidence-based, cost-effective interventions to leadership

Devereux Cleo Wallace Center
Developed and directed innovative theatre programming for Early Education students in children’s residential behavioral health care facility.
OUTCOMES
• Program culminated in a well attended performance of 'The Giving Tree' devised with and performed by students for family, friends, and staff
